He began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry after completing his Honours Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 1994 under the Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) scholarship. After 16 years in BSP, he moved up the professional ladder to becoming a Technical Safety Consultant/Head of Department in a Leading Design House in Brunei. By this time, he had already founded PTB for the provision of Internationally accredited Technical and Vocational Education.
In the pursuit of the development and recognition of Bruneians locally and internationally, he met and was acquainted with a number of prominent organisations and individuals that led to PTB gaining Honorary Member of TEVSAPHIL and a recognised Educational Institution by RIS.
Recognising his efforts to promoting the achievements of fellow Bruneians, he was appointed as the International Visiting Professorial Fellow/ Board adviser to RIS in September 2018 besides his conferment as a Fellow in Management in June 2018 and Doctor Fellow in Education in February 2019 respectively.

After graduating with a Law Degree, she began her career in the Government as a Legal Officer/Executive in 1995 at the age of 22. She was selected from five Government officers tasked for the setting-up and later as part of the management team of a government-linked company in 2000. As a management executive first in the Oil and Gas Industry and then later in the Finance sector, she had acquired other professional qualifications and skills over her career in corporate, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment), business planning and strategy, auditing and banking compliance.
In 2012, she was conferred a State Medal to recognise her achievement in the corporate secretarial profession.
She took the bold move to pursue and assist in growing the business and in 2018, assumed the role of Deputy Managing Director of PTB on a full-time basis. She was conferred a Doctor Fellow in Management from RIS in addition to her appointment as International Training and Development Specialist conferred upon her in September 2018 by RIS and Fellow in Financial Management in May 2018 respectively.
She is appointed the Regional Director for Nisai (B) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Nisai Group of the United Kingdom which offers interactive virtual UK-based education globally.
